VaxGap Horizon: the second vaccine gap most people never see

Vaccine science is moving fast. We tend to talk about vaccine gaps in terms of low uptake, but there's another kind that rarely gets attention: diseases with real medical need where no vaccine exists yet, because one is still being developed.
